The Hypercom T4205 encrypted machine is built on the extremely successful T4200 platform giving you the option to run your existing certified business applications for the T4200 family of terminals without any modifications. No re-certification is needed to take advantage of the economically priced and feature-loaded T4205.

The T4205 features 24MB of total memory, an ARM9 processor for fast transactions and multi-application support. The unit is also PCI PED approved to support debit transactions with or without an external PIN pad. The T4205 offers the best value for sensibly upgrading your install base to PCI PED compliance. With the optional EMV-approved reader, you can also accept chip card transactions

The T4205 allows merchants to enjoy the benefits of an economical, next generation terminal without compromise, featuring a V.34 modem that provides superior performance for faster downloads and data transfers, and an ARM9, 32-bit processor that provides for additional speed and functionality -- delivering four times the processing power and speed of an ARM7 processor.
