Orders Orders received by 4:30 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. All orders received after 4:30 p.m. EST may ship the same day depending upon our volume or the next business day. Your purchased equipment is new (not refurbished) and shipped direct from one of our regional warehouses or the manufacturer. We provide tracking number(s) for your shipment(s) as soon as they become available.

Due to the use of various vendors and courier services for shipping we do not guarantee shipments by specific times. Overnight shipping on Friday will be delivered the following Monday unless advanced arrangements have been made for Saturday delivery.
