The Dejavoo V5 is the newest entry level countertop terminal from Dejavoo. It is a high speed terminal that operates over a traditional phone line. The V5 includes a built-in PINpad and Smart Card reader making it compatible with any future move to EMV processing. Like previous Dejavoo models it is built on a Linux operating system and can be loaded in under a minute used Dejavoo's USB loading method.

The Dejavoo V5 includes a fast thermal printer, high contrast backlit screen, as well as a privacy shield. It is an excellent terminal for merchants that want to continue to process over a traditional phone line, rather than the internet. For merchant's wanting to process over an IP/Ethernet connection, the Dejavoo V8 is the newest Ethernet compatible model from Dejavoo.
